My firm is trying to get a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract to sell office products and services to federal agencies. We have the 339940 NAICS code. I have been looking at the GSA website and it mentions that the MAS is continuously open, so new offers can be submitted at any time. I also saw a note that the GSA Schedule is a five-year IDIQ contract with three five-year options, for up to 20 years. We are a 15-person firm. What is the current process for new offers in late 2026 for a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract? What are the main steps for getting on the schedule?

The process for obtaining a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract involves several steps, as the MAS is continuously open for new offers. Your 15-person firm will need to prepare an offer that meets the requirements of the solicitation for your NAICS code 339940.

The main steps include ensuring your company is registered in SAM.gov with an active status and a Unique Entity ID (UEI). You will then identify the relevant MAS solicitation for your office products and services. GSA provides guidance and readiness assessments to help firms understand the requirements before submitting an offer. The offer will typically include a technical proposal detailing your firm's capabilities and past performance, and a price proposal. GSA will review your offer for compliance and negotiate terms and conditions. If accepted, your firm will be awarded a MAS contract, which is a five-year IDIQ contract with three five-year options, for up to 20 years.
