The service

govcon.forum is a free question-and-answer forum run by RFPFinder (rfpfinder.net). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or speaking for any government agency, and nothing on it is an official notice, a solicitation document or a source of record. Always rely on the solicitation itself and the agency's own portal.

Your account

One account per person, under a username that is not misleading. You are responsible for what is posted from your account. Accounts that advertise, impersonate someone, or post confidential source selection information are closed without notice.

What you post

You keep the copyright in what you write. By posting you give govcon.forum and RFPFinder a worldwide, royalty-free licence to show, store, quote and syndicate your posts on this forum and on RFPFinder, with your display name, for as long as the forum exists. Post only what you have the right to share: no documents marked for official use only, no competitor pricing seen in a debrief, no personal data about other people.

No legal or professional advice

Answers are the experience and opinion of individual members, including government employees posting as private persons. They are not legal, accounting, security or contractual advice, and they are not statements by any agency. Check the regulation, the solicitation and your own adviser before you act.

Removal and moderation

Moderators may edit titles for clarity, merge duplicates, move threads between categories, pin reference threads and remove any post that breaks the community guidelines: advertising, invented numbers, confidential information or abuse. Repeat offenders are banned. To ask for a correction or the removal of your own content use the RFPFinder contact page.

Availability and changes

The forum is offered as is, with no promise of availability or of keeping any post forever. These terms may change; continuing to use the forum after a change means you accept it.
