Finding bids
Finding bids comes down to knowing where your buyers post and reading the notice type correctly. Federal notices post on SAM.gov (sources sought, presolicitation, solicitation, combined synopsis and solicitation), states and large cities run their own portals, and many counties and school districts use a hosted portal such as a bid network. This category covers search setups, saved searches, sources sought and forecasts, the aggregators, and how members decide which of the day's notices deserve an hour.
