I am working on a subcontract form for a prime on a federal project. The form asks for my Unique Entity ID (UEI) and my SAM.gov registration expiration date. I logged into SAM.gov to get the information but I am having trouble finding my UEI. I can see my company's registration details, but it is not obvious where the UEI is displayed. My registration is set to not display publicly. Can the prime still look up my UEI and expiration date in SAM.gov, even if my record is not public? Where in SAM.gov can I find my UEI once I am logged in?
Where do I find my UEI in SAM.gov once registered, and can a prime look it up without asking me?

You can find your Unique Entity ID (UEI) on your entity's workspace page in SAM.gov, and a prime contractor can look up your UEI and expiration date in SAM.gov even if your registration is not set to display publicly.
After you log into SAM.gov, navigate to your entity's workspace. Your UEI is prominently displayed at the top of the page, usually near your organization's name. The expiration date of your registration is also shown there. Even if you have chosen to keep your registration details private, prime contractors and government users can still access this information through their SAM.gov accounts because they have legitimate business reasons to verify your registration status and UEI. They would typically search for your company by name or CAGE code. Your SAM.gov entity registration must be renewed every 365 days to stay active.
