My firm is a management consulting WOSB, and we are considering applying for EDWOSB certification to pursue federal set-aside opportunities. I understand there are specific personal financial requirements for the woman owner to qualify as economically disadvantaged. I've been looking at the SBA website, and the numbers for personal net worth and assets seem to change periodically. What are the latest personal net worth and asset limits for EDWOSB status as of November 2026? I want to make sure I am looking at the most current figures.

For EDWOSB status, the woman owner must have a personal net worth less than $850,000, adjusted gross income of $400,000 or less averaged over the previous three years, and $6.5 million or less in personal assets (sba.gov, Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract program page). These figures are current as of November 2026. The SBA certifies concerns for WOSB or EDWOSB status, and there is no cost to apply (13 CFR 127.300). EDWOSB sole-source awards are allowed when the anticipated price, including options, does not exceed $8.5 million for manufacturing NAICS codes or $5.5 million for any other NAICS code (FAR 19.1506(d)).
