The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Charleston District solicits construction of two facilities at FLETC: a 28,400 SF Trade and Cargo Academy with hazmat abatement and selective demolition, and a 5,985 SF Cargo Security and Seized Property Training Facility, both elevated on deep pile foundations in a flood zone. Award will be made to the lowest responsive responsible bidder via sealed competitive bidding.
