The National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction services described below, in support of the project requirement at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area in Washington State. The contract will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to requirements and represents the Best Value to the Government, considering Technical, Past Performance, and Price.
