NOAA intends to award a follow-on IDIQ contract to the UCAR. The IDIQ will include only Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) pricing arrangements. The contract will be awarded on the basis of other than full and open competition in support of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR) with the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR).
