The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the EHRM Data Center Construction project at the Ralph H Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. The solicitation will be issued as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 14.
