The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is seeking a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Appellate Case Management System (ACMS) operations and maintenance (O&M), user support, training, technical sustainment, and limited development services. The BPA will be labor-hour in nature and will cover a base period of one year with four option years. The BPA will be evaluated on a best value basis.
