Letterkenny Army Depot intends to award a sole source contract for the recapitalization and repair of Switch Multiplexer Units (SMUs) and evaluation and repair of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs). The contract will be a hybrid Firm-Fixed Price and Time-and-Materials type, with evaluation based on the sole source justification.
