The Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is seeking proposals for the development, testing, integration, delivery, logistics, and full-lifecycle sustainment of AN/BYG-1 software baselines. This is a solicitation for a contract to deliver AN/BYG-1 capabilities and baselines, decouple applications from hardware/software dependencies, implement microcontainer/microservices architecture, transform development/test environments, develop tactical decision aids, and assist with combat control system elements for international agreements.
