The USDA Forest Service seeks a contractor to perform mechanical site preparation using drum chopping equipment on the Ocala National Forest to prepare timber harvest areas. Award will be made on a best-value basis to the offeror with the highest technical rating, provided price is fair and reasonable and past performance is acceptable.
