The Air Force seeks whitepapers from industry to design, fabricate, deliver, install, and verify a modernized Test Site 2 at the Aerospace Vehicle Survivability Facility at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, including a steel superstructure, crane systems, and fuel containment infrastructure. This is an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) prototype project evaluated on technical capability, schedule feasibility, and cost realism.
