The Government awarded a sole source purchase order to Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) for QTY 2000 unlmited SmarTrip cards to support official travel in and around the National Capital Region. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis, with a period of performance from 21 September 2026 to 31 January 2029. Offers will be evaluated on a sole-source basis, with no competition.
