The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA intends to procure voice communications hardware manufactured by Compunetix Inc. The hardware will expand voice capabilities for the Point Mugu Sea Range (PMSR). This is a limited source justification for a contract award, with offers evaluated based on best value from authorized distributors on SEWP.
