NAVFAC Hawaii intends to use a bridge contract to provide continuation of A-E Services for Utility Projects under IDIQ Contract No. N62478-20-D-5036. The contract will be awarded to Jacobs/Black & Vetch (B&V), a Joint Venture (JV) without competition, as the Government has determined that only one responsible source can satisfy agency requirements.
