DLA Disposition Services intends to award a sole source contract to CNC Solutions LLC for maintenance and repair services of the Hydraulic Press Small Arms Demilitarization System, also known as Commodore Crunch, in Anniston, Alabama. The contract will be awarded according to FAR Part 6 and FAR Part 12, and the acquisition is pursued according to procedures in FAR 6.103-1(b), 12.102(b) and 12.201-1.
