The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from Energy Service Providers (ESPs) to develop, implement, and install Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for State Agencies. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will result in a list of prequalified ESPs, not a direct contract award, with subsequent project-specific RFPs evaluated on best value.
