The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is soliciting quotes for a unilateral indefinite delivery contract (SIDC) for plain seals. The contract will have a one-year term and a maximum value of $350,000. The DLA will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
