The City of Bismarck seeks a Construction Manager at Risk firm for renovation and expansion of the City County Building in Bismarck, North Dakota. Proposals are evaluated on selection criteria stated in the RFP; the CMAR will provide preconstruction services and, subject to GMP negotiation, construction services through completion.
