The US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to procure administrative contracting officer and GSA vehicle support for the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IMAP) and Milan Army Ammunition Plant (MLAAP). This will be a task order award under an existing BOA to American Ordnance LLC, justified by the Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1.
