The Department of Defense is requesting quotations for 70 units of NSN 5330011563759 SEAL,PLAIN ENCASED. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions in the RFQ and will be most advantageous to the Government, after considering price and other factors. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for a one year period.
