The Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management seeks to extend a contract with Kerry Despain to continue providing care for wild horses at the Axtell, Utah facility. The contract will be awarded through a bilateral supplemental agreement, and the justification for other than full and open competition is based on the unique qualifications of the contractor and the nature of the acquisition.
