The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is soliciting quotes for a unilateral indefinite delivery contract (SIDC) for wiring harnesses. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The Government will evaluate quotes based on price and other factors.
