The Department of Mental Health seeks a consultant to conduct a comprehensive investigation and develop an implementation plan for transferring Bridgewater State Hospital from the Department of Correction to DMH by December 31, 2028. The consultant will provide project management, research, analysis, and technical expertise to support the development of findings and recommendations for legislative submission by June 30, 2027.
