NAVSUP WSS must procure the Converter, Analog to from MOOG INC or SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION. The acquisition will be solicited to these two companies. The contract will be awarded based on the authority of 10 USC 3204(A) (1), only one or a limited number of responsible sources will satisfy agency requirements.
