The VA anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract for EHRM infrastructure upgrades at Perry Point VAMC, including fiber, electrical, HVAC, security and hazardous material work across 38 buildings. An RFP will be issued in mid-November 2026 for SDVOSB firms only, evaluated by LPTA, with a 689-day performance period.
