The City of Pendleton is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) for professional services related to energy savings performance contracting. The City will select the three highest-ranked qualified ESCOs and negotiate a separate professional services agreement with each.
