The Town of Billerica seeks an independent elevator consultant or qualified design team to evaluate the existing hydraulic passenger elevator at the Billerica Senior Center and prepare a complete, competitively biddable modernization package. The Town will evaluate proposals using a best-value tradeoff approach based on experience, qualifications, technical approach, schedule and fee.
