The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole-source contract to Raytheon Company for the Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) of the Joint Multiple Effects Warhead System (JMEWS) for the Tomahawk Block Vb missile. This is a sole-source negotiation under FAR 6.302-1, and competitive proposals are not being requested.
