The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is purchasing twelve sets of strut arm ring springs and lubricants for the Jerry F. Costello Lock and Dam. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, and offers will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in the Instructions to Offerors, Quote Schedule, and Statement of Work.
