The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Change Healthcare Technologies/Optum for HL7 conversion to DAS-SPOE interface for a VISN 12 RAD PACS system. Capability statements demonstrating ability to meet requirements must be submitted by email to Romell.parrott@va.gov by October 23, 2026 5:00 PM CST; responses will be evaluated but the Government may proceed with sole source negotiation regardless.
