The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) seeks a partner to serve as the Design Build Contractor (DBC) for the design, construction, fit out, commissioning, and accreditation of the USSPACECOM C2F. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a mission-ready facility by December 2031.
